This requires a 32768 Hz crystal (quartz) between XTAL1/2 pins.
Initialise and switch to 8MHz clock.
Then periodically blink a LED.
The delay code is in timers.asm, and it uses LPM3 sleep (set to use the crystal) for waiting.
