04-uart

New: p_uart0.s with basic init/emit/recv functions. The UART peripheral on FE310 is super simple to use.

The main program just initializes the clock (16MHz external crystal, no PLL) and UART (115200 baud), waits for a character and emits it back. Every character toggles the onboard LED.

On linux you can use screen, picocom, minicom, or whatever serial terminal program to interact with it: e.g. miniterm /dev/ttyACM0 115200 using miniterm from python-pyserial. The serial port is one of the two virtual serial ports that the onboard JLink debugger provides.
